2 cups blueberries
1 can water, divided
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
Wash blueberries. Combine with sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 cup water in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring. Mix cornstarch thoroughly in 1/2 cup water. Pour into blueberry mixture. Boil for 1 minute or until it thickens.

1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
In a suucepan, blend the cornstarch and 1 tbsp. water.
Add sugar, salt, and remaining water.
Cook over low heat until clear and slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Add blueberries and boil for two or three minutes.
May be used hot or cold, over ice cream, cakes, puddings, French toast, waffles, pancakes..........
